Rachel Baranik’s Y Story
My Y builds CONFIDENCE!
I started working out at the Gravenhurst Y, summer 2017 once in awhile and then more in October and alot in January 2018. Now i work out almost every single day.
I am enjoying feeling physically stronger, and even more so, mentally stronger. I feel confident after my work out is done.
The instructors at the YMCA are very supportive and gear their classes towards all fitness levels.
My Y makes me feel AT PEACE!
My Y is comforting.
