I love the personal training at the Y. My trainer Amy is amazing. She frequently cycles through cardio, weight training, and core programs to force my body to work hard. She also is big on proper form to ensure I get the maximum benefit from each individual exercise. Periodically, we change or update my goals so I stay motivated. But I’m most grateful to Amy for the incredible strength and endurance I now have. I’m no longer afraid of push-ups, sit-ups or weights. Personal training has given me a quiet confidence in what my body can do.
