At the age of 15, I started at Geneva Park working as a dishwasher. Afterwards I worked in the tuck shop for a summer to gain experience. After that summer, I went back to the main kitchen and finally got a cook’s apprenticeship and then went to George Brown College for more culinary training and graduated with honours. Finally, after six long periods of time, I am now ready to write my Chef’s papers in 2013 and continue to work at Geneva Park with the whole crew.
