My Y is a great place to work. I am an inclusive facilitator at the Ferndale Woods YMCA childcare. I love my job I work one to one with a special needs child. He is very much a part of the pre-school classroom and is included in all aspects of the program. The acceptance by everyone, children and staff, is great. I love being a part of this program.
